There are different ways and moments on which we could deliver your online purchase.
DELIVERY ON ADDRESS
We deliver your online order free and secured at your home address, or to any other address you choose, by transporter PostNL.
The package is sent with the instruction: neighbors delivery allowed. If this is not eligible, please contact us, we can change this to "home address only".
You could also pick up your online order in one of our Diamond Point shops in a de Bijenkorf store. You can find us on the ground floor. Let us know during the order process to which shop you would like your online order to be send. The delivery times are equal to delivery to your home. When your order is available in the shop of your choice, we will send you a text message to let you know.
The delivery dates depend on the product you purchase. You can find the delivery dates on the product page, in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation email.
We use the following delivery times:
- 1 to 2 working days: the product is in stock and is virtually delivered immediately.
- 3 to 5 working days: the product is in stock and is delivered 3 within to 5 working days.
- 3 to 6 working weeks: the product is being specially tailor-made for you.

If you ordered multiple products with different delivery times, we hold on to the longest delivery time. This way we are able to deliver your order at once. May you would like to receive the product with the shorter delivery time sooner by partial delivery, please contact our customer service.
Your online orders are delivered in perfect condition and sent in a luxurious gift package. Your certificate, packing list and return form are included in your package.
We send your purchase in a discreet packaging to garantee the safety of your order. We acquire you to check your order for damages or openings, before leaving your signature. May the box be damaged or opened, we recommend you to refuse the order and contact our customer service.
If you wish to ship your order to a country outside The Netherlands, we send your order free and secure as well. We provide this service for the following countries:

If you would like your order to be delivered elsewhere, we charge delivery costs. An indication of these costs could be provided by our customer care. Possible customs duties and additional costs are for your own account.
Depending on the country we use either PostNL or FedEx as transporters.
