How to place an order

Step 1: Select a product

When you click on your desired jewel in the catalogue, you enter a page containing information about your chosen jewel. For example, the name of the jewel, the sizes and the delivery time are shown on this page. You can pick the right size by clicking on your size. You have selected this size when the white box has turned pink. When you select the orange button “add to cart”, a pop-up appears at the right side of your screen. Here, all your currently selected items in your shopping cart are shown. With this pop-up, you can check whether your desired jewels are currently in your shopping cart and whether they are selected in your size. When you encounter an item in your pop-up that you do not want to purchase, you can delete this item from your shopping cart by clicking on the little trash bin below the picture of the item. To continue shopping, you can click on the little cross in the right corner of the pop-up to make it disappear. The items you selected will stay in your shopping cart.

Step 2: Shopping cart

When you have collected all the jewellery you desired and you want to enter your shopping cart, you can click on the pop-up or on the shopping basket in the right corner of your screen.

Once you have entered the shopping cart, you will see your complete order. When you encounter an item you do not want to purchase, you can delete this item from your shopping cart by clicking on the little trash bin below the picture of the item. Moreover, in the shopping cart you can adjust the size or the number of your jewellery. When your order is complete, you can see your subtotal in the grey box on the right side of your screen. If you have a gift voucher or a discount code, you can enter this in the white space in the grey box. If everything is correct and complete, click on “To address details” in the orange box.

Step 3: Information needed to deliver you order

If you already have a Diamond Point account, you do not need to enter more details. Do you have an account but you are not logged in yet? No worries, you can log in here by clicking on “In that case, you can log in here” at the left side of your screen. When you do not have an account, please enter your details below “Invoice Address”. After you logged in, or  after you entered your details, you can choose a shipping method. The options are listed in the middle of your screen below “Shipping Methods”. Thereafter, you can check your order again in the grey box to be absolutely certain that everything is correct. If this is the case, you can click on “Complete Payment”. When placing an order, you automatically agree with our terms and conditions.

Step 4: Payment of the jewellery

To purchase your jewellery, you can choose from different methods of payment. You can pay with iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, VPAY, Diamond Point giftcard, a bank transfer or a post-payment via AfterPay.

What is next?

When your payment is successful, you have placed your order. You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your order, which will contain information about your ordered product and the expected delivery time. The moment that your jewellery is sent from our atelier, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code, giving you the possibility to follow your order.
