Service & warranty

Your online orders are delivered in perfect condition and are sent in a luxury packaging with receipt, return form and original Diamond Point certificate. You could use the certificate for your insurance.

The legal guarantee is applicable to all jewellery you buy at Diamond Point. Legal guarantee suggests that a product should be or should do what a customer in all fairness could expect.

We craft our jewellery by hand in our atelier. Despite the great care we put into this process, manufacturing defects can happen. If your item contains a production defect, you can recall your warranty. You can recall your warranty during the first two years after your purchase date. The warranty for watches applies a period of one year after your purchase date.

User damage

Diamond Point guarantees against production errors. Damage due to incorrect use (e.g., rough work, garden work or occasions in which some violent could be involved) and damage due to normal use, e.g., as a result of knocking over, are excluded. Scratches and/or other damage may occur due to this. Any frosting present will wear off and eventually disappear. We advise to take off your jewelry when you go to sleep.

Natural imperfection

Diamond is the toughest known natural material on earth and because of this, a diamond can only be adjusted with another diamond. Even though it is the hardest known material, in rare cases a diamond can break or damage. Diamond Point is not responsible for certain situations, because these can be appointed to the natural imperfection of the diamond.

Maintaining diamond jewelry

It is important that diamond jewellery is taken care of and it needs to be checked regularly by a professional.  Keep in mind that by wearing your diamond jewelry frequently, they are subject to abrasion. Especially if you have jewelry with a chaton setting ( a setting in which the diamond is attached with four or more claws), it is advisable to do a regular check-up. Normally, jewellery with this kind of setting will last for years without any problems. Even so, it is possible that because of bumping or clashing, one or more claws in the setting will bend or even break, without you even knowing. Read more about maintaining diamond jewelry.
