We deliver your online orders in perfect condition in a luxury Diamond Point Gift box with packing slip, return form and original Diamond Point certificate. You can also use this certificate for your insurance.
The legal warranty applies to all products that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
We manufacture our jewelry by hand in our studio. Despite the care of our goldsmiths, there may be a manufacturing error. If there is such a mistake with your product, you can rely on the warranty. This warranty is valid for 2 years after the purchase date and does not affect the legal warranty.
A lost piece of jewelry is not covered by warranty or leniency. We must be able to assess the jewelry before we can offer warranty or leniency. Guarantee determination takes place in the studio or in our shops. It is not possible to make a guarantee determination from a photo or by telephone.

- Have your jewelry engraved once (viz. 2.50 per letter) (if technically possible)
- Personalized certificate
- Have unlimited jewelry cleaned and checked

Diamond Point Gives a guarantee on manufacturing errors. Except is damage as a result of incorrect use (for example, coarse work, garden work or occasions where there could be any violence or strength, such as some sports) and damage due to normal use, for example as a result of bumps. This can cause scratches and/or other damage. Any matting present will wear out and eventually disappear. We also advise against going to sleep with jewelry.

Diamond is the hardest natural material on earth, even so hard that diamond can only be processed with diamond. Nevertheless, a diamond can break or damage in rare cases. These situations can be allocated to the natural imperfections of the diamond and are therefore not covered by the warranty on manufacturing errors.

It is important that you treat your jewelry carefully and have it regularly checked professionally. You can unlimited your jewelry Have it cleaned and checked free of charge in one Diamond Point Shop. Keep in mind that with frequent wear and coarse work the jewelry is subject to wear. Especially with a chaton setting (concerns a setting in which the diamond or another gem with 4 or more legs is fixed) it is advisable to do this to be checked regularly. Normally this form of settlement will last for years without problems. However, it is possible that the bumps (you don't have to notice anything) can bend or even break down one or more suppositories. Read more about Jewelry Care here
